Linda established the business, initially as a sole trader, in 1987 following an early career in executive secretarial  positions, computer training and invaluable experience of ‘the life of a temp’ in the 1970s.
Extensive experience in diverse areas of Recruitment within the public and private sectors; with wide knowledge of IT  and Office Training (both commercial and Government sponsored).  Linda now specialises in Marketing, Business Development and New Business initiatives.


Kate TaylorKate Taylor Shaw – Managing Director

Kate has 22 years recruitment experience, joining Linda when the first high street branch opened in 1993.

A specialist in account retention, sales and management, Kate is a major influence in the successful relationships  built over the years with both customers and candidates. Responsible now for the development and strategic direction  of the business .

Ian HoggIan Hogg- Director 

Ian joined the Company in 2004 as Finance Director.

Distinguished career, on the Board of several successful businesses, predominantly within the IT industry; Ian’s  knowledge and direction has been instrumental in the company’s success.

Jo KearnsJo Kearns – Branch Manager

Jo celebrated 20 years service in February 2015.

Jo joined the company directly from College and has grown with the business every step of the way. Her people skills,  recruitment knowledge and administrative acumen contributed to her appointment as Branch Manager of the Swinton Office in 2005.

Anne joined the business in 1998.

Jan joined the company in May 2001
