About this role

Our client, based in the Monton area, has asked for our help in seeking additional temporary staff for Out of Hours work.  They need experienced and reliable Call Handlers to undertake the following duties:-

  • Handle incoming customer calls and take appropriate action
  • Make arrangements for Out of Hours engineers to service problem areas
  • Liaise with both customers and engineers to keep customers informed of estimated arrival times of engineers
  • Log all conversations and email communications onto the in-house computer system

Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.  Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail is essential.  Full training will be given.

A variety of shifts are available:-  Weekday evenings (5pm – Midnight); Weekends (8am – 5pm or 5pm – Midnight)
