About this role

Our client, based in Salford are looking to recruit a Contracts and Pricing Administrator to join their team.  Working as part of a support team this role will provide day to day support to the National Account Managers, Depot Sales team and Commercial Finance teams.  This is a key role in the business and is responsible for ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met across all areas of the business.

The duties of this varied Contracts and Pricing Administrator role will include:

  • Working closely with the National Accounts, Depots and Commercial Finance teams and providing them with support
  • Following daily processes with contract pricing, maintenance and validations
  • Inputting and amending customer trading terms
  • Loading pricing costs and list pricing onto the system
  • Assisting with periodic audits on customer data and pricing to ensure integrity
  • Processing requests for information and ensuring requests are actioned within required deadlines
  • Working to set KPIs
  • Assisting with Project work in the department
  • All associated administration duties as required

The successful candidate for this Contracts and Pricing Administrator role will possess:

  • Good IT skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Great attention to detail
  • The proven ability to generate, read and understand statistical reports
  • Be organised and able to prioritise your workload
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • Be a strong team player when required
  • Have a professional telephone and email manner

In return, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours of work:  Either 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary:  £21,000 per annum
