About this role

Our client, based in Swinton are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis to cover staff shortages based in Swinton.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationwide company on a temporary basis initially.

Job Role:

The duties of this Customer Service Advisor role will include:

  • Working in a really busy service department
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Scheduling engineer visits
  • Logging call details on the system
  • Updating customer details
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Updating customers on current job status
  • General administration duties

The Person:

The successful candidate for this Customer Service Advisor will possess:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Available for an immediate start

This role is offered with an immediate start, working full time on a a week by week basis with a salary of £12 per hour.  Hours of work will be 8.30 am – 4.30pm.
