About this role

Our client, the largest independent company in the UK in its Industry, are looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

Working within the Key Accounts Department, the duties of this role will include:

  • Entering data onto the CRM database system
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Department
  • Ensuring all information is entered correctly within set timescales
  • All associated administration duties

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Knowledge of IT systems predominantly Word and Excel
  • General administration experience

This role will commence on a temporary basis but is expected to become permanent if the candidate is suitable for the position.
