About this role

Our client, based in Horwich, are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team.   As a Fleet Administrator, accuracy, organisation and prioritisation are key. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.  The successful candidate for this Fleet Administrator will serve as a point of contact for customers and brokers with queries about orders and deliveries, and provide support for the Fleet Sales team.

Job Role:

The main duties for this Fleet Administrator role will include:

  • Monitor, process and complete all ongoing orders in a timely manner and update relevant systems
  • Liaise with customers, Brokers and logistics companies to efficiently book delivery of new cars
  • Liaise with the workshop to prepare vehicles
  • Accurately invoice, register cars, and send payout packs to the funders
  • Assist with accounts payments and queries
  • Manage the internal fleet where necessary; courtesy cars, company cars, demonstrators
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet sales team as required
  • Responding to queries and updates from Brokers and Leasing Companies

Required Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate for this Fleet Administrator role will possess:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced role
  • Highly organised and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel formatting. Having experience using a range of Excel formulas will also be beneficial.
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable in a changing environment
  • Full, clean driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

This Fleet Administrator role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with the following salary and benefits:

  • Salary of £23 – £24k (£26-£27k OTE)
