About this role

Our client, a social enterprise company based in the Cornbrook area of Chester Road, are looking to recruit a Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator to join their team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who value principles of equality and social justice, diversity and difference and the rights of people to be treated with respect.

The main duties and responsibilities of this Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator will include:

  • Providing monitoring and evaluation functions for all commissioned services
  • Supporting internal systems
  • Monitoring the submission processes
  • Providing accurate and timely reports
  • Managing data quality and data submissions
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide high level reception and customer service duties
  • Preparing and managing correspondence with referrers, families and clients
  • Any associated administration duties as required

The successful applicant for this Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator will possess:

  • Experience of data analysis and reporting
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience within an evaluation and monitoring role would be highly advantageous
  • Possess good staff management skills

In return this Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator position is offered on a full time, permanent basis with a starting salary of £24,000pa and benefits package including:
