Office Administrator (Swinton/Wardley area)

About this role
Our client, a long established and respected employer based in the Swinton/Wardley area, seeks an experienced Office Administrator for a full time role with an immediate start.
Candidates will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook and general duties will include:-
- Answering incoming telephone calls and liaising with customers and internal departments where necessary
- Entering data on to the in-house database with speed and accuracy
- Meeting and Greeting visitors and tasks associated with a welcoming approach to customers and business counterparts
- Production of Quotations, emailing to customers where appropriate
- Opening daily post and handling emails, incoming and outgoing
- Other ad hoc general administrative tasks necessary to the smooth running of a busy office
