Order Entry Administrator – Salford Quays (Temp to Perm)

About this role
Our client, based in Salford Quays, is a rapidly expanding manufacturer with a global portfolio of customers in their niche business. They seek a new member to join their busy and friendly team in a full time role as an Order Entry Administrator. Duties include:-
- Processing customer orders onto their in-house computer system
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising closely with team memebers to double check order requirements
- Invoicing and other general administrative duties as and when required
Candidates should have good computer skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately; attention to detail is essential. Good timekeeping and a pleasant and articulate telephone manner is essential and applicants should have GCSE C or above in English and Maths. The ability to work as an integral member of a team is crucial. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary as full and comprehensive training will be provided.
This position is offered on a temp to perm basis with early interviews.
