About this role
Our client is a longstanding and well respected company based in the Trafford Park area. They have asked for our help with their latest vacancy and are seeking an Aftercare Co-ordinator with strong customer service skills for a new part time role within their organisation.

The main duties are as follows:-
- Update internal computer system with installation updates from daily reports
- Check emails from factory regarding shortage in items and if any action is required.
- Liaise with the Field Installation Manager on any remedial work.
- Liaise with the factory despatch as and when changes are being made to the current weeks’ plan
- Amend the schedule due to changing circumstances and inform client of these changes
- Liaise and collaborate with all relevant departments to gain resolutions of customer issues
- Prioritise high debt remedial work and any clients on a Significant Client List.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Purchasing, factory floor and fitters regarding materials and availability.
- Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
Candidate should possess the following:-
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Previous experience in a planning department and strong customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner and clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to take on/learn new skills
- Very strong attention to detail and flexibility to respond to changing circumstances
- Be able to work in a team environment and possess an even temperament
- Good geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom is desirable
- Good IT skills – ability to use Microsoft office.
Hours:- 8:00am – 1:30pm or 9:30am to 3:00pm (there is some flexibility here)
