Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Trust (PIT) Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term, part-time basis. This role is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support to the PIT team, ensuring efficient case processing and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties for this Personal Injury Trust Administrator will include:

  • Perform general administrative duties within set timescales, including:
    • Data entry and database management
    • Drafting paperwork for trust setup
    • Processing invoices and financial documentation
    • Managing and processing returned client documents
    • Sending timely reminders to clients and solicitors to progress cases
    • Scanning, printing, and filing documents
  • Communicate with clients via phone to assist with queries related to documentation, identification, and other requirements
  • Collaborate with the PIT team to ensure efficient and timely trust setups
  • Contribute to team performance targets by maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
