About this role

Our client, a hugely successful local company are looking to recruit a Project Administrator based in Swinton.  This is an exciting opportunity which has arisen from a new contract the company has recently won and this role will have the primary responsibility of administering this new project.

The duties of this varied and exciting Project Administrator role will include:

  • Maintaining job files, paperwork, correspondence and the office filing system (both paper and electronic)
  • Tracking all project documentation
  • Tracking client enquiries and carrying out due diligence on eligibility and suitability
  • Assisting with event organisation and attendance
  • Preparing workshop materials
  • Booking of workshop / event venues and catering
  • Inputting and maintaining data on the company CRM (Salesforce)
  • Preparing funding claims and evidence
  • Filing and preparing client hard copy records
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Typing and processing documents using MS Office
  • Arranging and preparing for company meetings both in and out of the office
  • Providing comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the office

The successful candidate for this Project Administrator position will possess:

  • A proven track record in externally funded project administration
  • Experience of managing a CRM / Database would be advantageous but not essential
  • Have excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Have excellent attention to details and accuracy
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office software
  • Preferably have knowledge of European funding programmes
  • Be educated to A’Level standard or above
  • Have experience of working in a performance and results driven organisation

In return this position is offered on a Full Time, Permanent basis with the following Benefits:

  • Salary up to £20,000 DoE
  • 20 days holidays (plus bank holidays) + 1 extra day for each year worked, up to a max of 5 years. Also, 3 extra office closure days at Christmas
  • 5% Employer Pension Contribution
  • Death in Service Insurance Scheme (which is 4 times salary)
  • Permanent Health Insurance Scheme
