About this role

Our client, a long established and successful company are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator based in Salford.  Working in the company state of the art Head Office, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working in a busy administration background.

The duties of this varied Recruitment Administrator role will include:

  • Advertising current vacancies on the company website, job boards and other social media streams
  • Communicating with potential candidates regarding their application
  • Inviting and arranging candidate interviews
  • Assisting Line Managers across various sites with the interview process
  • Ensuring the HR system is updated and HR administration is completed
  • Preparing offer letters for new starters
  • Ensuring all contract changes are actioned
  • Liaising with the Line Managers in relation to the carrying out of probationary period reviews
  • Acknowledging resignations and sending copies to the employee
  • Arranging visits to meet with leavers on site to establish reasons for leaving
  • Arranging and inviting new employees to the company Induction based at Head Office
  • Sending out DBS applications to relevant new employees to check criminal records
  • Working closely with the payroll administrator and ensuring all payroll information is actioned and submitted accurately
  • Providing general administration support to the HR department

In return the company offer an attractive remuneration package which includes:

  • A salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 per annum
  • Working hours of 37.5 per week between 8am – 5pm with 30 mins lunch
  • Pension Scheme
