We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced team in Swinton on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The main duties for this Sales Administrator role will include:

✔ Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
✔ Processing orders and updating records accurately
✔ Using Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documents
✔ Data entry and general administrative support
✔ Working efficiently in a fast-paced office environment

What We’re Looking For:

The successful candidate for this Sales Administrator role will possess:

🔹 Strong Word, Excel, and keyboard skills
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service abilities
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
🔹 Previous admin or sales support experience is a plus
🔹 Availability for an immediate start
