About this role

Our client, an international company based in the Agecroft area are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator on a full time, permanent basis  to join their team.  This is a vitally important role to the business and an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a great track record of experience within their industry.

Job Role:

The main duties of this varied and busy Senior Administrator role will involve:

  • Managing the day to day administration functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the workflows
  • Order checking and processing orders
  • Dealing with incoming customer queries over the telephone and email
  • Booking collections
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Providing guidance and professional development to other members of the team
  • Providing high level support to the senior executive team
  • Managing diaries
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Preparing reports
  • Overseeing the execution of special projects and initiatives
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for Senior Administrator role will possess:

  • Previous administration experience in a demanding environment
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Sage knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Be able to work well and provide support to a team
  • Able to work in a demanding environment with changing priorities

Hours:  Full time, permanent role.
