About this role

Our client, a prestigious dealership based in Bolton, are looking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to cover a busy period with their existing Reception Team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a busy motor dealership for a candidate with previous Reception experience

The main duties of this Temporary Receptionist role will include

  • Answering a high volume incoming telephone calls
  • Directing callers as required
  • Handling general queries
  • Greeting all visitors to the showroom
  • Assisting customers and signposting where they need to go
  • Liaising with colleagues to advise of visitors arrival
  • Ensuring the reception area is maintained to the highest standard
  • Assisting colleagues with any duties required to provide first class service to all customers
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate for this Temporary Receptionist roll will possess:

  • Previous Reception experience
  • Experience of answering a busy telephone system handling high volumes of calls
  • Have a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment is essential
  • The successful candidate must be smart in appearance and have a positive and “can-do” attitude
  • Administration skills are required

The dates required for this fantastic Temporary Receptionist role include:

JUNE

1ST June – 8-5pm ( 8 hours – minus 1 lunch)

6th June – 8-5pm

7th June 8 – 5pm

8th June – 8.30  -6pm

9th June-  8.30 – 6pm

20th   – 24th ( all week 9 – 6.30 ) 8.5 hours minus 1 hour lunch

JULY

Saturday 9th July – 8.30 – 5pm

Fri – 15th July – 8 – 5pm

Monday 18TH July  – 22nd July ( full week 8 – 5 )

Saturday 30th July – 8.30 – 5pm

AUGUST

Sunday 14th august  10.30 – 4.30

17th Aug. – 8.30 – 6pm

18th Aug. – 8.30 – 6pm

19th Aug. – 8.30 – 6pm

Saturday 20th Aug. – 8.30 – 5pm

22nd Aug. – 8.30 – 6pm

23rd Aug. 8.30 – 6pm

24th Aug. – 8.30 – 6pm

25th Aug. – 8 – 5pm

26th Aug. – 8 – 5pm

SEPTEMBER

1ST 12 – 6PM

2ND 8.30 – 6PM
