We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Immingham for an Order Management / Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Key Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business, with strong progression opportunities and a great team culture.
The Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role focused on managing key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing an excellent level of service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
- Advising customers on delivery schedules and managing expectations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
- Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused approach
