Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Hours: Full Time

Our client, based in Astley, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused HR professional to support the day-to-day delivery of HR administration within a busy environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an HR administration role and will be confident managing employee records, producing reports, and supporting key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate employee details on the HR system
  • Producing regular HR reports, including leaver, returner, new starter, and anniversary reports
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate and timely information is provided
  • Working closely with colleagues and internal teams to support HR processes
  • Providing general HR administration support across the business
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an HR Administrator or similar HR support role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information professionally
  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external teams
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages
