We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wythenshawe for an Order Management / Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Key Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business, with strong progression opportunities and a great team culture.

The Role

This is a fast-paced and varied role focused on managing key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing an excellent level of service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
  • Advising customers on delivery schedules and managing expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
  • Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused approach
