The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Car Sales Administrator / Accounts Support to join our client, a well-established motor retail team based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.


About the Role

As a key member of the sales support team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring all customer vehicle orders and associated administration are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing vehicle orders and managing related administration

  • Taxing new and used vehicles

  • Supporting Retail Managers by collating finance paperwork and order tracking details

  • Ordering new vehicles and maintaining accurate stock records

  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Managing invoices and raising purchase requisitions

  • Coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered and prepared to exact specifications

  • Handling a varied workload while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in an administrative or automotive admin role

  • Is an excellent communicator with a professional and confident manner

  • Demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork

  • Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Enjoys delivering a smooth and efficient service for both colleagues and customers
