💼 Freelance Payroll Trainer

📍 Ad hoc assignment | Remote or On-site (as required)

We’re currently seeking a Freelance Trainer with hands-on experience in Payroll set up and processing, including Nest Pension contributions, to deliver an ad hoc training course for one of our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional or trainer who enjoys sharing their expertise and can deliver practical, clear and engaging sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on payroll setup, processing, and compliance (including PAYE and statutory deductions).

• Provide guidance on configuring and managing Nest Pension contributions.

• Offer best practice advice for payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Tailor sessions to suit learners’ experience and business requirements.

• Provide follow-up materials or Q&A support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll administration and processing.

• Strong working knowledge of Nest Pensions and auto-enrolment.

• Previous training or mentoring experience (formal or informal).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Available for ad hoc sessions (in person).

• Freelance / Ad hoc contract

• Competitive hourly or daily rate (DOE)
